By accessing and using CryptoMinds's services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.
CryptoMinds provides digital services including but not limited to:
All projects will be clearly defined in a separate project agreement or statement of work, which will include deliverables, timelines, and payment terms.
Clients are responsible for providing necessary content, feedback, and approvals in a timely manner to ensure project completion within agreed timelines.
Payment terms will be specified in individual project agreements. Generally, we require 50% upfront payment and 50% upon project completion.
Late payments may result in project suspension and additional charges as specified in the project agreement.
Upon full payment, clients will own the final deliverables created specifically for their project.
CryptoMinds retains rights to general methodologies, know-how, and any pre-existing intellectual property used in the project.
We provide a 30-day warranty on our work for bug fixes and minor adjustments. However:
CryptoMinds's liability shall not exceed the total amount paid by the client for the specific project. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice. Upon termination, the client will pay for all work completed up to the termination date.
